Tennessee / Nissan Training Center Construction

About This Project:

This 150,000 square foot plus facility, which includes significant steel fabrication, will operate as an extension of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology campus at Murfreesboro, though the TCAT-Murfreesboro and Nissan will occupy it jointly.  The training and education center will provide training programs aimed at preparing workers for jobs in advanced manufacturing such as engineering, robotics and manufacturing maintenance.  It was developed through a partnership with the state of Tennessee and Nissan North America to ensure a steady stream of highly skilled and technologically advanced workers to serve in the manufacturing industry.
