This six-level mixed-use building, located along the scenic St. Mary’s River and Promenade Park, features commercial and office spaces, apartments, and a parking garage. To streamline construction, the project incorporated six prebuilt RediCor elevator and stair tower modules. For this project, Lenex Steel provided a full suite of services, including structural steel, heavy steel fabrication, miscellaneous steel, and complex steel components, ensuring the building’s design and functionality came to life. This project highlights Lenex’s ability to handle complex requirements while contributing to a dynamic, multi-use space that enhances the surrounding riverfront.
